# Alert 14

> Floating alert with warning icon, title, description text, action button, and close button.

## Overview

Alert 14 is a dismissible floating notification component designed to inform users of an error or failed request. It appears anchored to the bottom-right of the screen and contains a warning icon, a bold title, a descriptive message, a 'Learn more' action button, and a close (X) button. It is initially hidden and becomes visible when triggered, then can be dismissed via an animated slide-down-out transition.

## How to use

    Navigate to the **Elements** category in the Brikl panel.

    Find **Alert 14** and click **Copy**.

  <Step titleSize="h4" title="Paste into your editor">
    Paste it into your Bubble canvas with `Cmd + V` (Mac) or `Ctrl + V` (Windows),
    or right-click on the canvas and select **Paste**.

## States

This component includes conditional states that automatically change its appearance.

| Close button hovered        | User hovers over the hide/close button          | Icon color changes to a semi-transparent dark tone (rgba(11,8,9,0.6)) |
| Close button not clickable  | Close button is in a non-clickable state        | Close button opacity reduces to 50%                                   |
| Mobile/narrow layout        | Page width is less than or equal to 596px       | Close button becomes hidden                                           |
| Action button hovered       | User hovers over the 'Learn more' action button | Action button opacity reduces to 90%                                  |
| Action button not clickable | Action button is in a non-clickable state       | Action button opacity reduces to 50%                                  |

  These states are handled natively by Bubble and require no additional setup.
  They will work automatically once the component is pasted into your editor.

## Responsive

This component adapts to mobile screens. Font sizes and layout automatically adjust on screens smaller than Bubble's built-in mobile breakpoint.

## Workflows

This component includes pre-built workflows.

| BT - Hide FG (Alert 14) is clicked | Animates the floating group with a slideDownOut transition (500ms), then hides the floating group element |
