This section outlines the refund conditions applicable to templates and plugins sold through the Bubble Marketplace, including eligibility requirements, review procedures, and commission-related adjustments.
Templates and plugins are distributed and sold exclusively through the Marketplace of Bubble. As a result, all transactions, payments, and primary refund handling are governed by Bubble’s official Marketplace policies and terms. We do not process payments directly for these products.
Any refund request must first be submitted directly to Bubble through the official Marketplace support system. Bubble is responsible for reviewing and processing refund requests according to their internal policies.
If the request has been reviewed by Bubble and the user wishes to contact us for additional clarification or support, we may review the situation independently. However, this does not guarantee approval outside of Bubble’s final decision.
To be eligible for a refund, the template or plugin must not have been substantially used, modified, deployed to a live environment, or integrated into a production project. Products that have been heavily customized or used in a commercial project may not qualify.
All refund requests must comply with Bubble Marketplace policies and any additional requirements they impose. If a request violates Marketplace terms, it may be denied regardless of our internal review.
If a refund is approved directly by us, the refundable amount will correspond to the net amount we received from the sale. Since Bubble retains a 25% commission, the refunded amount will be equal to 75% of the original purchase price.
We are not responsible for reimbursing the Marketplace commission retained by Bubble. The deducted 25% commission cannot be refunded by us under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of abuse, repeated claims, or evidence of temporary product usage prior to requesting reimbursement.

The Brikl Chrome Extension is managed and distributed independently. Purchases are not governed by the Bubble Marketplace refund policy. As the provider of this product, we are solely responsible for reviewing and processing refund requests related to the extension.
All refund requests must be submitted directly through our official support channel and must include proof of purchase along with a clear explanation of the issue encountered.
Each request is reviewed individually. We reserve the right to request additional information in order to properly assess the situation before issuing a decision.
Refunds may be granted in cases of reproducible technical malfunction, major compatibility issues, or significant defects that prevent normal use of the extension.
The extension includes a tracking system that records the number of components copied per user. If 50 or more components have been copied and no verified technical issue attributable to our product is identified, the request will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be granted in cases of change of mind, misunderstanding of product functionality, minor issues that do not affect core performance, or improper use of the extension.
