Eligibility for Refunds
- The template cannot be accessed or installed due to a technical issue on our side
- A critical issue prevents the template from functioning as described and cannot be reasonably resolved
- The product delivered is materially different from its public description
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:- A change of mind after purchase
- Lack of experience or familiarity with the Bubble platform
- Customization difficulties or implementation choices
- Incompatibility with third-party plugins, APIs, or services
- Requests made after significant use or modification of the template
Refund Requests
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide:- Proof of purchase
- A clear description of the issue
- Relevant screenshots or details, if applicable
Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved, the refunded amount will correspond only to the portion of the payment received by the seller. Please note that Bubble Marketplace applies a 25% platform fee on each template sale. As a result:- Only 75% of the total purchase price is received by the seller.
- Any refund issued by the seller will cover only this 75% portion.
The remaining 25% marketplace fee is collected and retained by Bubble and is not refundable by the seller.
