Eligibility for Refunds

  • The template cannot be accessed or installed due to a technical issue on our side
  • A critical issue prevents the template from functioning as described and cannot be reasonably resolved
  • The product delivered is materially different from its public description

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:
  • A change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of experience or familiarity with the Bubble platform
  • Customization difficulties or implementation choices
  • Incompatibility with third-party plugins, APIs, or services
  • Requests made after significant use or modification of the template

Refund Requests

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide:
  • Proof of purchase
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Relevant screenshots or details, if applicable
Refund requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refunded amount will correspond only to the portion of the payment received by the seller. Please note that Bubble Marketplace applies a 25% platform fee on each template sale. As a result:
  • Only 75% of the total purchase price is received by the seller.
  • Any refund issued by the seller will cover only this 75% portion.
The remaining 25% marketplace fee is collected and retained by Bubble and is not refundable by the seller.
If you wish to request a refund of the Bubble Marketplace fee, you must contact Bubble directly and submit a separate request according to their refund and support policies. By purchasing a template through the Bubble Marketplace, you acknowledge and accept this refund structure.
