License & Use

When you purchase a template from the Bubble Marketplace, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template under the license type associated with your purchase. The available licenses defined by Bubble are:
  • Individual Commercial Template License: You may use the template in applications for your own internal business or personal use. You may NOT include the template as part of a third-party product or offer it for resale/distribution. You may use the template in more than one application. 
  • Developer Commercial Template License: You may use the template in applications for your own use, for your clients, or in products built for third parties. There is no limit on the number of applications for which you may use the template. 
  • Open Source Template License: In some cases, templates may be offered under the MIT License, which permits copying, modifying, and distribution under the terms of that license.

Permitted Use

You may:
  • Use the template to build and deploy Bubble applications.
  • Customize and modify the template to fit your specific needs.
  • Use the template in live applications once deployed.
  • For Developer Commercial licenses, build client projects or multiple projects.

Restrictions & Prohibitions

Unless the template is explicitly licensed under the MIT License (open source): You may not:
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template (in whole or in part) outside the scope of your licensed use.
  • Make the template available for download in any public or private venue.
  • Claim ownership of the original template or its design.
  • Use the template in a way that violates Bubble’s marketplace terms or policies.

No Warranty / “As Is”

Templates are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the template will meet all your requirements or that it will be free of errors or fully compatible with every Bubble feature or third-party plugin. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from the use or inability to use the template.

Ownership

All templates, designs, workflows, and related assets remain the intellectual property of the original creator. Purchasing a template does not transfer ownership, only the right to use it under these terms.

Updates & Availability

Templates may receive updates, improvements, or bug fixes over time. While we aim to keep templates compatible with current versions of Bubble, updates are not guaranteed and may be discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access to templates in cases of misuse, violation of these terms, or changes to the Bubble platform.
